This wonderful recipe can feed a decent amount of people and is easy to share. I first learned about this recipe when I accidentally invented it while cooking rice in a rice cooker. Due to my capability to just stumble apon it, it is evident that it is easy to make. While I have not done it myself, I imagine it would be a great way to prank someone by adding frosting.

  • You may want to use baking spray. If you don't, it may stick.
  • There are no substitutions for this recipe.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups white rice
  • 4 cups water
Instructions
Step 1 Put your rice in the rice cooker.

Step 2 Pour in your water.

Step 3 Turn on rice cooker and let cook until there is no water left.
Step 4 Place the inner cooking container upsidedown on a plate.
Step 5 Lightly pat the outside of the conatiner until the rice cake comes out.
